Car making some troubling sounds on my long drive back to South Florida. When I got off the interstate to check, my front tires immediately caught my eyes. I was in a panic because they were in such bad condition and I was towing a camper and had my dog. Ford was a mile away and took me in even though I don’t own a Ford. Helped with unhitching the camper, gave my dog some water, and had us on our way with new tires in less than an hour.
Forever grateful to make it back home - safe and sound.

Our family had an awesome experience with the service at Family Ford (Jennifer and Benny). Hands down one of the smoothest/easiest major purchases of a vehicle ever. They were extremely professional and courteous. I would recommend them both for your vehicle needs! If there is something that looks out of sorts, they will step up and make it right.
